We do not accept any return, exchange or cancellation request once the order is placed.
For Failed Online Transactions, Refunds are automatically processed to source account and might take up to 7 working days ( Totally depends on banks )
Customers have to pay the shipping charges in the following cases
If any information like mobile number , address , pincode or any other required details which is essential to deliver the product by a courier company is not provided by a customer or insufficient information was provided due to which parcel gets returned to us. In that case, customers will be liable to pay forward & backward shipping charges of the shipment.
If the customer was not available to receive the parcel or they cancel the order at the time of delivery, in that case, the customer will be liable to pay forward & backward shipping charges.
Replacement will only be accepted if products received are damaged/ defective.
